2 sum it all it all up we should not court anyone that is not able 2 catch us in the spirit! This is where ppl go wrong & want 2 blame God on their mistaken ID. Yeah b/c we question God like he chose 4 us but we made the foolish decision 2 not consult him 1st. Be not deceived God is not mocked whatever we sow we will reap. Me personally I can`t even deal with a woman that has beautiful features on the exterior but can`t worship, praise, pray, fast & etc….4 me or with me. You have 2 feel me on thz

So this leads me 2 say this I dont believe @ all that a “real Christians” that are Holy Ghost filled would make such a silly decision 2 court a unbeliever! @ be honest with you Holy Rocker we should not be dating as the world does anyway 4 this simple fact of your subject lol. Think about it, if me as a man of God & Holy Ghost filled sought out a wife & didn`t consult with the spirit wouldn`t I be asking 4 trouble? B/c if he not in the primary focus that only means my flesh is in town lol!!!

I don`t believe that a true Holy Ghost filled person could stumble when it comes 2 choosing a mate if they are truly being led by him. Let`s make make sure by asking him “is this 4 me Holy Spirit”? Wait 4 the answer B4 going & saying God told me ur my mate 2 be lol! You know ppl have that tendency right? If God be God & the author & finisher of our faith then when choosing a mate 4 life God should be way relevant correct? I have a hard time believing he would lead us 2 someone not equal in spirt

Itz like this Holy Rocker as a man of God I trust & believe God should do the ultimate match making so we won`t have to be playing the fool sometimes with unwise choices! All through the word of God, especially in the old testament God had great influence on the men that followed him to choose what was 4 them as a wife. This is why I formed the theory that God is the or should be our ultimate match maker. Let`s get back 2 the basics & truly allow the Holy Spirit 2 guide us 2 the mate of choice!

Hey woman of God/Friend/Sister in Christ? You know you had 2 go & get my input on this one huh? So I promise not 2 disappoint lol! Whatz funny I really been talking about this same subject 2 my other bro/sis in Christ so I got my view! This might take a couple of spaces but you`ll appreciate it all!!! 2 tell you the truth I will prob get alot of flack 4 what I have 2 say but hey itz truth anyhow. First thing 1st we as believerz should not be dating as the world views dating “PERIOD” Continued…

that everyone is a sinner… but ok. No reason to prolong all this. I already said what I had to say and so have you and we probably won’t agree on that ‘everyone is a sinner’ so… I say ok…

What do you disagree with, the concept of resistance?

LaTheQueen Says:
I disagree… but ok

BusTraveller Says:
My point is that whether you are saved or not, sin is still something which will challenge you and you have to learn to resist (what ever the vice maybe… drugs, lust, envy, lieing etc)… Its takes works.
The initial “thought”, could be one of contempt, therefore the sin has already occured…
eg, you wanted to curse your co-worker out because she was gossiping about you, but you RESIST…. the sin has already occured in your thinking, but you just didnt act on it.
Everyone is a sinner.

LaTheQueen Says:
is it a sin to beat your wife?… ofcourse. I am not understanding why you want me to answer a question that you well know the answer of.
Is it a sin to shack and live as if you’re married and are not? sho is.
I am missing your point sir.
Resist… yes. Thoughts are present and you resist the suggestion of sin from satan and he and it will flee.
Resisting some things is a fight for some folk er’day until they are delivered from that spirit. Total freedom…

BusTraveller Says:
“BusTraveller.. you tell me was it a sin or not?”
Im asking you…
He was saved, but I only saw him on sundays.
Another example:
I know a women very well who is saved and knows the bible inside out. She is not married and dates a Rasta man, (on the low)… He aint saved and stays at here house (she says they dont “do anything”, which was a lie…). I know this women very very well, and I even attended her baptism.
She has to work on resisting lust, just like the rest of us.

BusTraveller Says:
“Jesus told us to resist the devil”,
To resist means to: withstand action, offer opposition.
The second meaning, “offer opposition” implies that the feeling has to come into existence, or to come about (appear).
So yes, resist the urge etc, but you cannot resist something or some kind of feeling that isn’t present… stimulus – response
Working on sin is something ppl who are saved and unsaved can choose to do (on a daily basis), or just leave it to run them instead.

If you’re trying to live a Holy life why would date and unsaved person being they CAN”T even understand the things of God so what good could come out of that relationship?

LaTheQueen Says:
A lot of those that you named above are spirits that oppress those that have the Holyspirit and living Holy. These feelings can and do come to all humans… do you dwell on those feelings and act them out? If so… you sin. They can come and resist them and they have to flee. Jesus told us to resist the devil and he will flee from you for a season but he will come back and this is when we must know his tactics and cut him off at the corner so we may not fall into sin

LaTheQueen Says:
BusTraveller.. you tell me was it a sin or not? Was he saved for real or did he denie the power there of? Er’body that say they are ’saved’ is not. I don’t know the man and I don’t know his life, I haven’t seen his fruits. What he did was wrong… ofcourse. Does God approve of that behavior? ofcourse not!
Are you asking me if I have had those feelings? If so, yes. I can and was angry but I sinned not. I used to be jealous, envious… did I get delivered from those spirits? Sho! 1/2

BusTraveller Says:
So when the minister of the church i used to attend beat his wife up in the hotel that they stayed at while their daughter was sleeping; is that as “sin”, or is he a “sinner”, or doesn’t it matter because he “was saved by grace”?
You never have any feelings of envy, anger, lustful desire, jealousy etc (most humans, “saved” and “unsaved” do; but only some learn to manage these feelings)?
My point being that these feelings come with being human and are classed as “sins”. I await your answer

her husband is not saved but he is better than most of the supposed to be preachers and deacons now days. And if he can be as good as he is without Christ how much better will he be when he is saved for the Bible says that the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the believing wife.

Bible says, and in all of your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path,. how can two walk together accept that they agree, which means that they are going to agree with you on holiness and thing of Christ or you are going to agree with them on thing of ungodliness and thing of the world; plainly speaking they are going to draw you to ungodliness or you are going to draw them to holiness. now having said all of that, let me says this let the Lord lead you on the right way to go
